These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1-January-2018 and will refer to the services acquired from this date.

Flight operators can cancel the flight at any time due to bad weather conditions or any forecast of bad conditions. HELIDOM guarantees to schedule a new date for the flight due to bad weather conditions, we do not have refunds.

HELIDOM (director, representatives, affiliates and suppliers) will not be responsible for any injury, death, loss, accident, customer delay. Subject to these terms and conditions, you will defend, indemnify HELIDOM, from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, expense or loss, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, arising out of, or in any way related to your breach of these Terms.


Flight reservation:

To book any of our flights will require the payment of 500 MXN which will be used as a commitment between the client and the company HELIDOM to carry out the air activity.

Failure to make the payment, HELIDOM will not compromise any type of service.

When making the payment required to reserve, the day and time you choose to fly will be separated, giving you the assurance that no one else can select the same day and time.


Helicopter flights:

The helicopter operator will carry out the logistics of land and refueling at all times.

Helicopter flights are made during the day, helicopter flights, regardless of the purpose of the flight, are made at 07:00 hrs. At 7:00 p.m. for Taxi Aereo, for activities such as tours and special flights, the hours of operation are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., both services will be carried out in VFR Flight, and with good weather conditions.

If a flight is required during the night, a date must be scheduled with prior reservation.

Helicopter flight conditions:

According to the Aeronautical Code, the pilot is the highest authority on the flight and responsible for the safety of all passengers, customers and ground personnel, so all persons must obey its provisions.

The services will be provided within the national territory.

Estimated flight times may vary depending on the weather conditions which will be evaluated by the pilot.

The flights will carry a maximum of passengers, subject to the carrying capacity, weight of passengers and their equipment as well as the distance to be traveled.

The limits established by the manufacturer must always be respected and both the pilot in command and all related persons involved in the flight will be responsible.

Flights are made in visual conditions, that is, with good weather conditions under natural light.

The ground crew and the pilot will define the safest way to operate the aircraft and determine the landing and takeoff location.


Passenger Condition:

The passenger, when boarding the aircraft, declares that he is in good health, not being a carrier of any disease or physical or psychological disturbance; that it is not in a state of gravity; that is not affected by the consumption of alcohol or drugs that constitutes a risk to your own physical or mental health.

The belt must remain buckled at all times of the flight and until the ground personnel indicates it.

Personal items:

It is prohibited to introduce flammable, explosive, corrosive, oxidizing, radioactive or magnetic materials into the helicopter as well as sharp, sharp objects or any other object capable of causing injuries.

Flight without door:

The passenger who flies in a seat where the doors are not installed, may not carry any object that can fly with the wind or carry in their hands any object such as cameras, hats, wallets, bracelets, necklaces, thermos, glasses, bottles, sweets , etc.

It is absolutely forbidden to smoke, light matches or lighters, consume food or drinks and throw objects of any nature, from the helicopter.


Flight Alterations:

The pilot or ground personnel of the helicopter are fully authorized, without the need of the passenger's consent, not to start the flight, modify the duration of the flight, as well as the place of takeoff and landing of the aircraft, before or during the flight, for reasons of urgency, weather changes, air traffic regulations, safety or misconduct of any passenger, without the passenger having the right to make any claim.

Passenger Responsibility:

The passenger is expressly responsible for any damage that, due to their action or omission, may cause the pilot, the helicopter operator, the ground personnel and other passengers or third parties.
